This world has millions and millions of people, each have their own unique personality as well as own lifestyles. Everyone has their own opinions on certain topics. Here I'm going to be writing about relationships and what I think about independence in them.

A relationship is for two people, in some cases there are more, but regularly it is just two. Before one ends up in a couple they have their own individual social life. I believe that if you are single and not happy with your own life you are not ready to be in a relationship. When one is not happy by with their own life and look for someone to make them happy, I think it’s wrong. If you come into a relationship not cheerful upon your own life, your partner will feel the affects of it. Your partner will constantly try to cheer you up and fix your mood. Furthermore, just adding stress to the partner because of your unhappy social life..
If one were to come into a committed relationship happy with your life, less stress is bound to happen to the partner. Moreover, if both were happy with their lives before they met their relationship could be completely different.
Now all these differences have to do with how well one bonds and clicks with their partner. Obviously your ex might be different from the partner you're with now. Even if it is just a small difference. Your ex is your ex for a reason there is no reason for you to go looking for someone like that or that resembles them.
Look at it this way, lets say you are happy and love your life, but dislike your ex. You are clearly thinking, “Oh I don't want to date anyone like that again what was I thinking?”
Your mind is now open to more options. What I’m trying to say here is that when one is happy they think much more clear and thoroughly than a person that isn’t happy with their own lives.
So just keep in mind before you start your next relationship ask yourself “ARE YOU HAPPY BEING BY YOURSELF 1ST? AM I READY TO BE IN ANOTHER RELATIONSHIP?”
